Your song will be written and produced based on the details, names, and memories you provide in your post-purchase story form. Please double-check all details and spellings before submitting, as revisions based on newly introduced information may incur an additional studio fee.3. Delivery Timelines
Production timelines (including the 24-Hour Priority upgrade) begin from the exact moment you submit your completed story form, not from the moment of payment. While we guarantee priority submission to major streaming platforms for our priority customers, we cannot control the exact hour a platform (like Spotify or Apple Music) makes the track live.4. Copyright & Personal Use
